Our Wyoming Trip

Toby and I made the 14 hour trip to Wyoming to visit my friend Courtney and her family. Funny thing is, I have never met Courtney in my life. She is one of the great friends I've found via the internet. I have found a couple really awesome, genuine, down to earth friends this way.

So to start our journey, we left at a little after 6 am, didn't actually get on the road til 7 because of last minute things that needed to be done. This is what the skies looked like the whole time we were driving.
Yep, rained the WHOLE 14 hours there. But here's some of the pretty scenery we encountered.

And then here we are taking a pic of ourselves with the mountains in the background :)

More Wyoming scenery....

So Saturday, Courtney had told me she'd never had a pedicure. So that was like music to my ears. I HAD to take her pedicure virginity haha! We had a lot of fun just laughing and having girl talk!! I really wish she lived closer.

And here are some random pics from that same day, the first one is of her beautiful kiddos, and then it's her hubby, and then mine :)

The next day they had taken us to this place called the Falls. Talk about beautiful!! There was a couple instances where Toby was trying to climb to his death. I really should have more faith in him, he's a brave man to scale some of the mountains...or maybe I'm just a chicken!! I loved this place. If I was ever in a mood, I bet I could go up there and just come right out of it, it is so peaceful and pretty. I can't say enough about this place.

Overall this was a pretty amazing trip. Vacations are wonderful but it's also a good feeling to come home :)
